Shipping, Cancellation & Returns Policy

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, you can submit a cancellation request through your account as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you will need to receive and pay for it first, then submit a return request through your account.

Refused or Unaccepted Orders

If an order is refused or not accepted upon delivery after it has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the two-way shipping fees — the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee.

If you would like the order to be shipped again, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Returns

Once you have received and paid for your order, you can submit a return request through your account, subject to our return eligibility and conditions.

After your return request is approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the order from you within approximately 1–3 working days.

Return shipping fees may apply unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Items must be returned in accordance with our return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
