Refund & Exchange Policy
You can only initiate a return or exchange while the delivery courier is still at your door. Once the courier departs, the order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you wish to return or exchange your entire order, please inform the delivery courier immediately and clearly specify the reason for the return or exchange. Our courier will process your request accordingly. If you accept the delivery and later discover any issues, please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.

We currently deliver locally only. This covers everywhere in Egypt.
